Rebuild started – engines out

The engines has been removed and I got a chance to take a close look at the headers. I put them on in 98. They were Jet Hot coated. The coating came off at the top area round the heads and a few other places. I’m looking into have them done over at Swain Tech in Scotsville NY this time. It’s not the same as Jet hot, it’s a ceramic coating. I’l ask around and see what response I get from others. This is what 12 years will do to them. Here’s the pics:
