The new clutch setup is in and now I have to find two truckers to help push the pedal in. Ouch!
Seriously – it’s hard to push it in. Because of the lack of room around the tranny the clutch fork had to be cut down. That made the fulcrum point change and I lost all the help of having a long arm on one side and a short one on the other.
I had used a standard master cylinder with a 3/4 inch bore. I searched the web and found a 5/8 inch bore unit that should fit. That should give me a longer but easier throw. We’ll see. But it does look pretty.
